Blue Man Group

Our first family trip in a year! Since LeeRoy has been home he has had a lot of 1-on-1 time with Wendy since she is home during the day. Emily has been pretty busy between school, dance, and gymnastics so it was nice to drop Wendy off with my parents while LeeRoy, Emily, and I headed to Boise for the weekend. Emily is studying Idaho history in class this year so as soon one of the first things we did was head to the state capital building. She couldn't believe how big it was. After the capital building we headed to the mall and just played in downtown Boise for a few hours.



That night we went to see the Blue Man Group Perform in their first ever North American Tour. They were amazing and we had so much fun! After the show was over we got to meet the band and Emily was so excited to get a picture with one of the Blue Men. After the picture she asked him for his hand-print. She was hoping to get it on her shirt but he hand-printed her face instead. She loved it! She wanted to leave it on and wear it to school Monday but mom and dad ......... no. We had a great weekend together but it was really nice to pick up Wendy and come home again.
