Boise or Bust!

School is fast approaching which means time for some back-to-school shopping! We usually go down to Utah but this time we went up to Boise so we could meet up with the wonderful Robison Family. When we got to their house super early in the morning Alisha was even nice enough to cook us an amazing breakfast!

After we ate we headed to the Boise Mall. Alisha, Emily, and I shopped the day away while the men watched the kids. We hit some amazing sales and were able to get everything we needed.

After shopping we met up with LeeRoy's sister Peggy and went to eat at the Cheesecake Factory. We were so tired so it was nice to just sit and chat while we ate.

After dinner we headed to our hotel where we just hung out for the evening and Alisha painted everyone's nails.


The next day we headed to the Boise Zoo. We went pretty early so hardly anyone was there. The kids loved walking around and seeing all of the different animals. Emily's favorite was the monkeys and Wendy loved the snakes and lions. The girls even got a chance to feed the giraffes. They loved it! It was so cute to watch.





After the zoo we went the the Discovery Center. Emily loved looking at all the exhibits and Wendy loved the miniature shopping center for kids. We had such a great time on our trip. We love being able to spend time with family and It feels so good to be prepared for school to start.
