Dance Tryouts

Emily was pretty excited for tryouts this year.  She was trying out for the same company so a lot of the pressure was off and one of her best friends was moving up and trying out with her so they were happy to be able to practice together.  It was a challenge though since the last week of school fell on the same week as tryouts.  Emily had field trips almost every day and came home super tired before she even started practicing.  The only part of the dance she was worried about was a four point turn but one of the older girls took some time to come and help her and that made all the difference.  In no time at all she had it down and felt like she rocked her tryout.  We were still excited when the congratulations letter came.  Another fun year of dancing here we come!
