Celebrate America

This year we drove down to Huntsman Springs in Driggs for their Celebrate America Fireworks show.  We had never been before but so many people told us how amazing it was that we decided to give it a try.  We even talked my mom into going with us.  The best part was that is was at the end of June so we could still light off our own fireworks on the 4th.  

We drove down a little early so we could grab some dinner at my favorite Thai place and then headed over to find a parking spot and grab ourselves a section of grass.  While we waited for it to get dark we got to listen to the Beach Boys play on the stage and the girls had fun running around and coloring.  When the fireworks started we were completely blown away!  It was the best show I had ever seen and when Lee Greenwood took the stage to sing God Bless the U.S.A. live in the middle we were all so touched.  It was amazing!  We decided to make it an annual family tradition.
