Busy Weekend

This past weekend has been pretty busy. Thursday night I tucked both girls into bed like I always do. I then waited a few minutes and snuck back into Emily's room. I presented her with ice cream dots and a spoon and told her it was my way of saying thank you for helping me so much while LeeRoy was gone. I truly do not know what I would do without her! She was so excited. She said this "sweet treat" made her feel so special!

On Friday night we attended my older sister Amy's wedding. She was a beautiful bride. Emily and Wendy had tons of fun hanging out with all of their cousins and I had a great time mingling with everyone.

After the wedding was over the kids were so tired and I was not looking forward to spending an hour at the airport with them waiting for LeeRoy's flight to come in. Luckily Alisha and Travis, (along with Lacie and her friend), offered to come with us and Travis kept the kids happy and entertained the whole time. THANKS SO MUCH GUYS!



Since the Robisons were visiting and LeeRoy was home we decided to have a big family barbecue at mom's house on Saturday. We had a great time eating and visiting. The kids jumped on the trampoline and the adults played some softball. Even Wendy got a turn hitting the ball! It was a crazy, busy weekend but we had a wonderful time!
