In the evening we attended the Demolition Derby at the Eastern Idaho State Fair. LeeRoy was part of the opening ceremonies for the Military Appreciation Night. He and some of the 116th Calvary Brigade were honored. I loved watching him from the grandstands. After the derby we met up with Lacie and her friends and listened to my cousin's band play at the free stage again. It was a great night that we got to spend together.

Patriot Day
Today we attended the 2nd Annual Military Family Appreciation Day at Ross Park in Pocatello. It was great meeting with all the people LeeRoy will be deploying with. They had a potato bar, cotton candy, popcorn, and ice cream. They also had the national guard obstacle course set up for the kids. The girls loved it! There was so much to do and we had a lot of fun.
