Saying Goodbye
SSG Cox left today to start our second deployment. He was mobilized with the 116th Cavalry Brigade Combat Team, Golf Company, 145th Brigade Support Battalion, and will be serving in Iraq in support of Operation New Dawn. His deployment starts with 45 days pre-mob training at Camp Shelby, Mississippi and then directly to Kuwait for 2 weeks with follow-on into Iraq. His unit's primary mission is as a convoy security company; he was also chosen as part of a 24-man secondary mission of personal security detail. We love you LeeRoy! You have all of our love and support!

Oh sis!!! I am sorry he had to leave already :( I'm here if you need anything.
That has to be the hardest thing to do. Don't forget I'll have to get out of my house sometimes.
My prayers are with you Lori. And of course with LeeRoy. Hang in there :)
I've been thinking about you and wondering how you are. I am so sorry he has to leave. I am also very thankful for the men and women that serve our country...and especially for their families that sacrifice so much. We love you Lori and our prayers will be with your family.
Best of luck and return home safely.
