Swimming Lessons

The girls just finished two weeks of private swimming lessons and they loved every minute of it.  I can't believe how much they were able to learn and how confident they are in the water.  Emily even jumped off the diving board several times.  At their last lesson Wendy decided she wanted to try jumping off the diving board as well.  

She was so excited until she got up there and she just froze.  It was so cute though because an older boy who was in the water swimming with friends starting cheering her on and when that didn't work he got out of the water and onto the diving board with her.  He talked to her for a minute then grabbed her hands and lowered her down to her teaching waiting in the water below.  She was so happy!  She didn't have to jump by herself but was still able to go off the diving board like her sister.  She was one proud girl!
